So far I've donated blood with every one of my dogs - today was the day for Tia too

It was time to donate blood again today!

Totally easy for Terence the professional. He has already donated for the 5th time! I was unsure the first time: he's only a foster dog and doesn't stay long (haha), he probably only donates once plus he's not so keen on vets... but he did great right from the start!

And today Tia came along for the first time as an active blood donor (last time she was still too young and was just a spectator). Tia loves vets, but also has a lot of bumblebees up her bum. She thought the donation itself was daft, but before and after all was right with the world (and vets are still cool!)

What makes me particularly happy: Tia has the rather rare blood group negative (dogs are only categorised as positive & negative).
Terence has positive.

Tia now has a small, shaved spot on her neck, but the judges at the shows should look past that (we'll be at a show in 1.5 weeks, after that the bald spot won't be visible for long)
